The Archdiocese of Atlanta and Georgia Catholics Against the Death Penalty will offer A Mercy & Action Prayer Service for World Day Against the Death Penalty. Bishop Ned Shlesinger will preside and will offer a reflection on our call to practice mercy and to respect the dignity of human life.
This virtual prayer service will stream on the archdiocese’s Facebook page beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 9. Please join us over the weekend for prayer and action to bring an end to the death penalty.
