Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the case of Warren King, a man on Georgia’s death row. Newly discovered evidence shows that Warren’s conviction and death sentence were tainted by the prosecutor’s misconduct and discrimination. Despite this new evidence and other injustices in the case, such as a claim of intellectual disability, Warren faces execution by the State of Georgia.
As the possibility of a death warrant being issued for Warren looms, we ask that you take some time to learn about his case from the Georgia Resource Center.
