Clemency has been denied to Willie Pye by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles. Please consider joining with Georgians of all faiths at one of the vigils throughout the state on Wednesday, March 20.
On March 7, Archbishop Gregory J. Hartmayer, OFM Conv., wrote to the Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles to ask for clemency for death row inmate Willie James Pye.
